Chuck and Billie came to fish Wed. night and see how the Catfish Queen weathers a storm.
Channel cats were aggressive and taking bluegill so we switched rods and fished for channel cats. We caught a few large ones but mostly 2 pound fish. Billie got the only large male. We caught about 25 channel cats before the stopped biting. _________________ Catchabiggun,

From what I have heard from a few guys the channels are hitting at all the local lakes right now, Ive heard reports from Salt Fork, Tappan, Clendening, Seneca, Hoover, Buckeye, and several other lakes that the channels are hitting good...I believe that these channels are starting to feed up for the spawn! Now is the time to hammer them, Heck I even caught one today at tappan in the middle of the 90 degree day! _________________ Team Hookset...
