Yes sir, I have 2 deer in the 130s and one in the 150s, but all nite pics. hopefully they will show themselves during daylight hours now that rut will be kicking in. The last two years i have had to settle on smaller 2 year olds right before gun season approaches. Gun season just is not my cup of tea. _________________ Brock |

Don't forget late season. Best hunting of the year if you have a good food source to hunt, or preferable more than one. Plus, I just have to bundle up for the last hour of the day for the best hunting. No need to worry about getting out there before daylight. |

Ive never hunted deer in late season, thats when duck season is its greatest, I have alot of passions, bowhunting, flathead fishin and waterfowl, but waterfowl is my number one. Last year I passed a 2.5 year old 9 point 7 times throughout the season, but the day before youth season was his day to take a dirt nap. Some say you should of just let him go. And I understand that, but there is still something in me that hates not harvesting a buck each year. That is proply the dumb youth I still have but it is what it is. _________________ Brock |
