Took my brother in law out for forktails during the
day Wed. Normally a slam dunk for a few channel cats
but couldn't get bluegill for bait. Finally set up and he
missed the only 2 channel cat runs.

We continued fishing for bluegills as the channel cat
baits soaked and I got 3 on the nightcrawlers used for
bluegill bait. When we reeled in the channel cat rods had
a big leatherback turtle on one.
