TCBA Jim Corey Memorial Catfish Tournament May 8th


The TCBA catfish club will be holding a benefit tournament for Jim Corey to help with his expenses. This tournament will be OPEN to ANYONE !!!


FISHING ON TAPPAN LAKE ONLY !!!

Date: May 8th

Registration: from 530 to 6pm at Cripple Creek Bait & Tackle Shop on St Rt 250 !!! EVERYONE leaves Cripple Creek AT 6 PM !!!

Weigh ins: Midnight at the semi pull off area between the rest area and the newly remodeled boat ramp at Tappan (everyone must be in line at the scales by 12:05 or you will disqualified !!!

Entry Fee: $15 adult entry with $10 of ALL entries going to Darlene at Cripple Creek

Children 13-17 will be a $10 entry fee with $5 going to the pot !!!

Children under 12 may enter for $5 with ALL of the Childrens entry fees going to Darlene !!!

Payout will be as follows:

UNDER 20 entries pays 1rst Place cash only......... if we have 20 entries or more we will pay cash to 2nd place also spilt 60/40

1rst Place 100% of Pot that is brought in (can be donated to Darlene if the angler chooses to do so) and a Plaque
2nd Place Plaque
3rd Place Plaque

You may weigh in ONE CHANNEL CAT with the biggest channel cat winning (NO FLATHEADS) for the tournament but if someone is LUCKY enough to catch one PLEASE bring it back to weigh ins for pictures and BRAGGING RIGHTS !! ALL FISHING must be done from the BANK (NO BOATS ALLOWED).

Rules are simple: This is a Individual entry tournament (NO TEAMS). follow state laws !!! No limblines.......trotlines....jug lines !!! HAVE FUN this tournament is for A GREAT CAUSE AND TO HAVE FUN !!!!

REMINDER: Cripple Creek will have all of your catfishing needs in the shop including bait........hooks.........sinkers........pop and snacks and lots of other fishing merchandise !!!! So you dont even have to go out and catch bait ...........Cripple Creek will "hook you up" with whatever you need !!!
